Employee Satisfaction Part 2 Supplement
Once you have summarized the Overall Satisfaction level for each department and gender, we need to think about how poor job satisfaction might affect a group’s performance. We will omit the Engineering department, since it is not a Business function and we may not know how they operate and what kinds of responsibilities they have.
In a (2) page Executive Summary: For each department surveyed (Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, and Supply Chain), explain which of their typical responsibilities may suffer because of Employee Dissatisfaction and how that might affect their company. Responsibilities for each department should be based on the KPI -Jobs presentation we covered in class and found in D2L Lecture Content.
Include a picture of your Pivot Chart in your Executive Summary (filling no more than ½ page). Your summary should reference the chart and explain what it shows about each department’s Overall Satisfaction level.
Do not put general statement, like “If this department has poor job satisfaction, team members will not work hard or do a good job.” This does not tell me that you know what a department’s unique responsibilities are.
