Strategies for the use of a supply chain management (SCM) system with a focus on the software selection and implementation are evaluated. Additionally, the role and benefits of a customer relationship management (CRM) system is examined with a comparison of enterprise resource planning (ERP) benefits to the business process. The skills developed in this course ensure that students have a strong foundation and background of successfully integrating all three strategies within an organization.
