Thomas is married with two children. He enjoys the outdoors, and his family schedules camping trips during the summer months. The family goal is to visit as many national parks as possible. Lynn Tanguay, Vice President Lynn became the vice president in 2002 and is instrumental in overseeing the growth of Campbell’s Confections. She performs market and demographic analysis as well as extensive location research before a new store is approved. She is married and has two children and two grandchildren. Family activities include boating and fishing. Robert Smith, Plant Manager Robert Smith joined Campbell’s Confections in 1988. He replaced Andrew Smith, the original plant manager. Since he became plant manager, Campbell’s Confections added six stores and initiated the sale of chocolates over the Internet. He is married and enjoys traveling to the Northwest and Canada. Michael Norris, Retail Sales Michael Norris has been with the company for 20 years. He enjoys the retail industry and says “he has never met a stranger.” Michael spends two days a week visiting stores and visiting with employees and customers for all 24 retail stores. He enjoys skiing and hiking. Richard Matthews, Wholesale Sales Richard Matthews joined Campbell’s Confections when the company decided to try selling to wholesale clients. Tamara Robbins, Fundraising Tamara Robbins joined the company five years ago when Fundraising became its own department. Estimated Time: IVa hours • OBJECTIVE 1 1 Page numbers, headers, and footers are useful additions to multiple-page documents. Page numbers can appear in either the top or bottom margin of a page. The text in the top margin of a page is a header; text in the bottom margin of a page is a footer. Headers and footers can also contain descriptive information about a document, such as the date, title, and authors name. Adding Page Numbers Word automatically keeps track of page numbers and indicates on the left side of the status bar the current page and the total number of pages in a document. Each time you add, delete, or format text or sections. Word ad- justs page breaks and page numbers. This process, called background repagi- nation, occurs automatically when you pause while working on a document. Right-click the status bar to select formatted page number, section, and page number options when working with long documents. The simplest way to add page numbers is to click the Insert tab and click Page Number. 1. Open the file History. 2.
