Evidence-Based Practice Paper and Presentation Guidelines
Rubric/Grading
· The grading rubric specifies how points are allotted for the paper and presentation.
· See course syllabus regarding the percentage of the course grade allotted to this assignment.
Paper
The paper will include the Title Page, 2-3 full pages for the Main Body of the paper, and a Reference page.
The paper must include a minimum of
1 professional nursing article
published within the past
5 years
.
Article must be research or evidence based from a nursing journal. The article must have a minimum of one nurse author.
Opinions, blogs, editorials, position statements, etc. are not research or evidence based.
Discuss one health initiative within your paper and presentation as described below and how it relates to your topic. See specific health initiative per course:

Discuss implications for nursing practice
