The Beaver Having the traits of energetic, playful, and adaptive, allowed for the workplace to never be dull. The energy given made for better results on assignments and projects. The playfulness allowed for a better environment if down time was permitted. And being adaptive helped with decision making processes and finding solutions to problems that arose. The Narwhal The narwhal personality traits consist of being imaginative, idealist and compassionate. This co-worker had a creative mind and spirit like no other. They always shared new ideas to the group that made sense and improved our company. This person always pushed us to be the best and gave us recognition when prompted. This coworker always stressed the importance of family time. The Elephant The elephant personality traits consist of being reliable, loyal and principled. Being in the army most of my co-workers fit into this personality trait. My co-worker always showed up to work ready and willing to accomplish the day’s task. The loyalty of this co-worker is unmatched as they never left my side. The principled side of them made me stay in line with the army values and military bearing. My co-workers would say my animal to be the octopus. They would say this because of my strategic planning and perceptive nature at work. I also use my intelligence on some topics but reserve it mostly because of my introverted personality. I have learned to get out of my shell thanks to friends and have recently began displaying that side of myself to other openly. As for the personality tests in module 1, I feel they all aligned with me perfectly. I have grown a lot in the last 5 years and attribute that growth to the Army.   Reference The 16 personality types as animals. Truity. (2021, April 21). Adjust automatic marking as read setting Now, think about three of your current or past co-workers (no names, please).  If you had to choose an animal that would come closest to representing each of those co-workers, what would you choose for each? Why?   A variety of factors can have an influence on the quality of work in an organization. Despite the available choices, abilities, and resources, human resources remain one of the most crucial aspects of work engagement and outcomes. As a result, work and organizational psychology has received a lot of attention, which investigates labor practices, improves working circumstances, and assesses human relationships. To be effective in organizational psychology, one must first explain why understanding each personality type and trait is critical (Bourdage et al., 2017).   Past coworker 1: She reminds me of a puppy since she is sensitive and supportive of my thoughts. She regularly tells me that if I have negative sentiments or do misconduct at work, I must be hopeful about the consequences.   Past coworker 2: In my perspective, he has a rough demeanor. I adore and respect him for his straightforward and honest personality. We were able to have a more fluid flow of communication as a result of his approach. While leading and directing his teams, he has a powerful and persuasive demeanor.   Past coworker 3: In this case, I would compare his personality to that of a dolphin. His upbeat and kind demeanor is something I like. Furthermore, I believe he has the most unique and inventive thinking of the bunch. His ENFP personality traits enabled him in developing the best new ideas for the firm.   Reference   Bourdage, J. S., Goupal, A., Neilson, T., Lukacik, E. R., & Lee, N. (2017). Culture plays a big role in what is popular and what attracts attention. Memes are a quick way to digest something and share it without the time investment of a show or news clip. Bashir describes how easily accessible and deliverable it is over an early morning browse of his phone (Bashir, 2021, para. 1). Utilizing memes as a way to market allows the consumer relate through comedic relief, while also easily sharing to the masses, which keeps the subliminal message going. Another successful marketing strategy on the direct opposite side of the quick light hearted nature of memes, is podcasts. Podcasts were highly successful during the COVID19 lockdown as people were home alone and would consume the information of whatever topics they were interested in. This has transitioned rather well, even in the aftermath, as my 30 minute drive to work everyday with my wife, typically consists of us listening to the different stories of serial killers throughout history which enthralls her. It is not lost on my however, that their are breakouts for ads multiple times through our 30 minute session. Gimlet Media, one of the largest podcasters, notably received a $5 million dollar investment from an advertising giant in the industry (OpenStax, 2021), showing that their is a substantial opportunity for marketing in the podcast environment which can be very lucrative if correctly utilized. Users rely on Instagram for their current events that are relevant to them. Most users learn about new products through the grapevine of Instagram Chang, J. (2022). This includes who is using what product, how they use them and what their reviews are. Dont forget the hashtag # when supporting your cause Chang, J. (2022). Remember the  ALS challenge  of dumping a bucket of ice over ones head? This was a key way for people and organizations to support the cause through Instagram. Organizations using Instagram can support their cause by posting  #(insertyourcause) to show their support and encourage followers to do the same and bring awareness. In todays social media outlets these are only two trends from an endless amount that organizations can choose from. References Chang, J.
