The health issue identified is clinic interventions. The clinical intervention in this logical model is the provision of cancer screening to patients that will assist in early detection of cancer. The resources needed in this program include time, funds, medical equipment such as cancer screening machines. This intervention produces positive outcome both short term and long term. The main goal of this clinical intervention is the provision of cancer screening to patient. The resources need for this goal is time, funds, and qualified personnel. There will be more data that will be used to make logical decisions of the program. Increased public awareness and cancer screening will help those individuals that are at high risk of getting cancer and those that are early stages of infection.
