Data used in the research was collected using questioned administered in Kohat University. The interpersonal skills examined included the ability to motivate, communication and organizing team-work. Further, the research differentiated management level into three distinct groups; lower, middle and top level. According to this study, some interpersonal leadership skills were found more effective than others. A leader ability to initiate teamwork was found more effective at a top level compared to middle and lower level. On the other hand, the ability to motivate was more efficient at a lower level with leader’s communication skills having no significant difference with the middle management level.
