Sincerely, It looks like you combined part one and part four which is fine. However, your résumé still needs work according to the notes Ive provided on prior drafts. Your spelling and capitalization is also not standard so please make efforts to do some closer proofreading. Your letter is fairly well written but doesnt address the specific experiences and talents you have that would make you a good human resource manager. Human resources is a very specific field and while youve addressed some management issues and communication issues, I think you need to tie your experience and aptitude a little more clearly to the job requirements as listed.
