In the videos you viewed, turnover was a topic that was covered in regards to employee selection. Discuss what it is about turnover, as discussed in the assigned videos, that makes it more cost effective that employee selection. 7. Identify 2 strategies that will improve your organizations selection strategy. The response to this question should speak to selection of a diverse workforce. So be sure you’re your strategies speak to diversifying the candidates selected. What are 2–3 steps that you can take to evaluate the diversity and inclusion program within your organization? There are several steps that can be taken in order to evaluate the DIB program. This is discussed in detail in the video titled, “Evaluating your DIBs program” Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 10. Identify 2 ways in which you can communicate the organizations diversity and inclusion program. In the video titled, “Developing a Communication Plan”, different strategies to communicate the DIB program were discussed. You should identify 2 of these and explain how they work.
