This is where we put all of our knowledge from this mod together. This is the final part of the
strategic plan: implementation!
Using the report (elementary, high school, or university) selected to complete Phase 1 and the
issues identified in Phase 2 of the Final Project, please write a paper that includes the following:
I. How would you address the issues previously identified?
II. Who would you involve in implementing the actions to address the issues?
III. How would you involve these people?
IV. How would you determine the effectiveness of your plan? What data will you collect and analyze
to determine whether or not your plan was successful?
While there is no minimum or maximum number of pages for the paper, please be certain that
you have written enough to meet the criteria listed in the rubric. The paper must use APA
formatting, including double spacing, a running head, cover page, and page for references. If you
