This statement makes it clear that the company gives the customers a key priority in the various operations and service delivery. The Fundamental Principles of Management Employed by the Company There is significant competition in the airline industry in the United States. One of the main reasons that have seen Southwest Airlines come out victorious in the industry is the strategic application of the principles of management. Controlling the company operations is one of the central tenets Southwest Airlines has embraced as the primary best practice to attain success. The company has over 60,000 employees; it is essential to have a solid controlling strategy to ensure that every individual in the workforce performs their duties as expected.
