She also states that is has been a little over a year since her last hospital stay. McKenzie states she has been on medication to treat these diagnoses but is not currently on any medications. She also has been in therapy before but it has been a while since her last therapy session with another therapist. Situational and environmental factors impacting the problem: The anniversary of McKenzies brothers death is approaching, this is a trigger time for McKenzie.
