of land belongs to pollution in the three countries, which is equivalent to half of Italys total territory.
Staff are the most vulnerable people to risk and with their
effort to control the radioactive leak they face this catastrophe directly.
The exposure of the nuclear accident reached 162,160 km2
and the radiation was spread irregularly, due to environmental conditions.

Chernobyl was a nuclear accident, the accident started during a safety check on an RBMK-type nuclear
reactor. So it was identified as a possible safety risk which could overheat the core of the nuclear reactor,
this threat was not evident in the operating orders, so the operators carried out the electrical check.
Therefore one of the main reasons is to release a huge amount of water, which destroyed the reactors core
and blew a highly damaging steam out. Intentionally, the reactor was pursued into an extremely dangerous
situation. Nobody will tell he has exposed the reactor to a dangerous place.
In any nuclear power plant, operators should train appropriately and be properly directed for their and
others protection inside and outside the facility. This Chernobyl accident occurred in 1986; occurred due to
the (both unbelievable) failure in the construction of inadequately qualified staff.
It was like a combination of defective reactor design and a mix of human error.
In this situation, the plant operators did not even warn the authorities or the local public when they failed
deliberately to protect people outside the nuclear power plant. Unless they had alerted the authorities about
the crash within 15 minutes, more lives may have been saved.
5. What positive or negative moves /actions could have avoided the disaster? [220 words]

not have deviated from the program.
-
The test was stated incorrectly, and the manual was modified. That was not much of a
concern, however, because the people who were preparing to do the test were well educated.
