Concept: Political participation Political participation in American politics has lately been influenced by the position taken by allies of the American nation as well as long-term rivals like North Korea. The latest aspect that defines political participation is North Korea and US peace ties and trade deals with China. Notably, the American military has 3476 tactical aircraft personnel with another 637 unarmed aerial vehicles. It also has 760 attack helicopters as well as 157 bombers. Besides, it has 450 ICBM launchers. The statement that President Donald Trump proposed a 54 billion dollar increase in defense mechanisms spending shows that there are not enough personnel to handle the military base in the US (Shaw, Foster & Combs, 2019). There is a need to expand operations in Persian Gulf as proposed by President Reagan George Bush and the Soviet Union at large. Thus, there is a need to expand the military base in the US to enhance the Persian Gulf operation. In a liberal approach, there have been incidents showing that the US has tried to solve security issues without considering the relevance of containment and negotiations. For instance, the Cuban missile concerning the 9/11 attack shows that there is also a need to focus on other containment measures rather than focusing on the military advantage. Besides, the latest aspects of finding a solution to the current COVID-19 pandemic show that there are incompatibilities with political participation for the good of the Americans (Shaw et al., 2019). Hence, it is viable to consider the relevance of solving issues rather than deploying military action. Some problems are better to be addressed by involving other personnel to find a reasonable solution. It is relevant to weigh both sides economic and social impacts as a measure to arrive at a reasonable solution. The US economy needs not to have to be overspending on military action but also find better solutions to social and economic problems. 3 Using a realist approach, there is also a need to focus on other containment measures from the perspective of the political realist approach. Foreign policy determinants need to compare most real against domestic politics. In most cases, they need to consider the model of international political theoretical perspective concerning American politics. The aspects depend on foreign aid trade, and other factors that enhance is foreign policy. The United States has a role in improving the overall character direction and purpose in participating in international affairs and strengthening the whole relationship with the rest of the world. 2. Federal System The best system of administration that can work well with the present 21st Century is federal. It is the best approach that considers the realist approach in solving political issues. The US needs to take the lead in establishing the right way of dealing with challenges that involve other nations. Lately, there have been issues with the US and other nations like North Korea. It was easier to solve the matter through a containment approach than deploying military action. It is easy to solve a problem through negotiation rather than using military power (Williams, Sommadossi & Mujais, 2017). In most cases, liberal attitudes in answering critical questions have shown negativity in addressing social and political issues. It is improper to solve a problem that involves two nations or more through a measure of the military power between the two states. For that reason, the liberal approach seems to be inappropriate in solving such challenges and in deciding whether the US needs to beef up its military power (Williams et al., 2017). Progressive approach contributes to further conflicts between nations and critically affects the two nations approaches towards enhancing their social, political, and economic statuses. It is worth realizing that the US is dependent upon by many countries concerning the enhancement of the overall context and framework for the policymakers on the aspect of 4 developing, implementing, and measuring the success of the world and the US in terms of policies and actions or international issues. Perhaps the issue of the Congress in the role of the world has consistently been known to be changing concerning the implications of the United States and the world at large.
