TEAM DYNAMICS EFFECTIVENESS
Team dynamics or group dynamics are not in conscious, psychological forces that may influence
the big and great direction of a teams well or good behaviour and the good presentation.
....Team dynamics are made by the important nature of the groups work, the qualities within
the best or the great team, their job relations with the people, and the surroundings in which
the team or the group works their job. so the team dynamics effectiveness is a thing that is very
good for a team or a group to handle many things like a team and as a good or a great team. so
we should always support the team dynamics and always let the team dynamics into the path
of ineffectiveness because its important(Baughman, Hassall, & Xu, 2019).
TEAM DYNAMICS INEFFECTIVENESS
Things that are almost the initiators of bad and poor team dynamics include: Having a very
low communication between the teammates than make a bad mindset among some of the
teammates that they dont feel as though they are part of a bad and negative team. Asking
people to well exhibit creativity for the tasks or the missions that they dont need good
creativity. So the team dynamics ineffectiveness is a thing that very bad and negative for a team
or a group to handle many things like a team and as a good and great team. so we should
always do not support the team dynamics ineffectiveness and always dont let the team
dynamics into the path of ineffectiveness because its very very important to a team or a group.
