1. Often time changes are important and can be useful when two companies or organizations are in the
process of merging together to form one unit. Whenever companies merge, major shifts and changes
take place. This type of merging afford businesses to come together, incorporate new changes, values,
implement rules, regulations, policies, and guidelines. The term merger is defined as the blending of two
or more corporate entities to create one new organization with one licensure and one provider number
for reimbursement purposes (Liebler & McConnell, 2017). The reorganizing should be in line in order to
deliver excellent services.
Nevertheless, in this particular case, there are some conceivable aspects of positive and negative effect
to patients, employees, and communities. Some consequences are due to the restructuring after the
merger; CEO’s and employees may have a larger volume of tasks and responsibilities. On the positive
side, quality of care may advance because of the collaboration and the practice of better protocols. Cost
of care may lower and faster service may be provided. Furthermore, the merging will most likely have a
cement effect on the patients/consumers than employees.
2. People are encouraged by presenting them a forcible perception of outlook on the long run. When
there are times of uncertainty, people experiencing unexpected changes wants a crystal view of what’s
to come. It’s extremely imperative to share what you know as an employer of when, how, and where.
It’s also important to know how the changes are going to affect other people’s lives.
The most effective method is to keep the line of communication open and regularly. Additionally,
communication have a tremendous impact on the performance of a business. According to a recent
study, companies with good communication practices are three and a half more likely to outperform
their competitors (Charter College, 2009). Keeping employees in the loop something that needs to be
done on a step-by-step bases in order to process a change.
Communication needs to clear and concise at all times. Reiterating changes are important when
showing fascinating future. Sometimes, an employer may not have all the answers employers are
seeking and that will more than likely to cause some level of anxiety. The most important thing to do is
to focus on what you have and be open on what you don’t. Make sure employees know what is
expected of them and you’re more likely see positive outcomes.
3. Hiring a new employee is a rough decision to make in any types of setting. Fist trait to look for from a
potential candidate is their work ethic and intelligence. Work ethic is a strong indicator that the job will
get done properly and effectively. Candidates who are intelligent are able to connect with others in
many ways they can to improve the quality of work represented.
Consciousness is the personality traits that makes the difference as being cautious, attentive, gets the
job done. Conscientious individuals are easy going and show their devotions, and strives for
accomplishments. Values and ethics shows what a company stands for in regards to the conduct of
everyone from top to bottom. The moral code of a business or organization is placed under values and
ethics by which the business should run. In the meantime, a company cannot control how an employee
behaves, but it can develop actions for violations. Most organization possess the same goals when it
pertains to value and ethics.

1) Redesigns can be a helpful administration apparatus for finding new worth and are regularly
fundamental as a feature of a merger or obtaining joining. Getting this kind of revamping right permits
specialty units from the consolidating organizations to be united easily, corporate exercises to be
normalized and smoothed out, individuals to be adjusted behind wanted results, and incorporation
collaborations to be conveyed rapidly.
In any case, in the present case, there is the potential for both positive and negative impacts on
patients/buyers, networks, and workers. Contentions for supporting emergency clinic mergers in the
past have concentrated on proficiency and lower costs because of higher volume, for example, reserve
funds in buying. Along those equivalent lines, some states the nature of care will improve as a result of
clinical coordinated effort and organizing of best practice conventions. In principle, with more
noteworthy proficiency medical clinics may give more mind while bringing down the expense of care.
The merger would without a doubt consolidated affect the patients/shoppers.
2) It is of most extreme significance to direct the representatives for the necessary change cautiously
because it can reverse discharge and can prompt some genuine clashes. There are circumstances when
to guide them and circumstances when not to let them know. For instance, when the representative
attempted his best, however, he couldnt have the option to actualize as required, it is debilitating to
guide them as he previously did. Yet, when he is uninformed of how to push ahead, the board must let
him know and guide him cautiously.
Mentioning to them what must be done is much the same as setting an objective for them. This is basic
to acquire the necessary change. In any case, when the objective is sufficiently clear, and all the workers
know about it, it isnt a great idea to remind them again like they are not capable.
Mentioning to them what to change is required when they couldnt recognize the answer for the issue
or when they are new to these sorts of circumstances, in any case, if the administration mentions to
them what to transform, they could accept it as though they are unequipped for doing it.
3) Recruiting another representative in your work unit is one of the most profound choices in an
association. In the event that an off-base recruit is made, it will cost the firm. Recruiting the correct
individual for the correct position and at ta perfect time turned into an urgent assignment. It
additionally requires specific abilities and subsequently associations exceptional endeavors in picking
the most appropriate individual for the association. The human asset office is turning into a
progressively mind-boggling and significant capacity for any association which requires exceptional
aptitudes and ability in dealing with such significant undertakings.
The HR supervisor needs to think about different elements while settling on recruiting another worker
for the association. In the current case, a few characteristics are given which are to be positioned by
their weightage/significance in choosing fresh recruits for the organization.
Characteristics to be considered are as per the following:
Personal values
Individual knowledge
Conscientiousness in playing out the activity
While making the fresh recruit for the organization, the most important thing that ought to be
considered is the individual qualities. It incorporates highlights like uprightness, hard-working attitudes,
and so forth. On the off chance that an individuals worth discovered perfect with the future needs of
the position, an individual can end up being a decent recruit. Every single other characteristic relies on
the individuals very own attributes and characteristics as these are created after some time in an
individuals conduct. Nonetheless, these qualities cant be judged legitimately however there are
numerous approaches to make sense of it during the employing procedure.
After that comes Individual knowledge and scruples in playing out the activity. In the employing
procedure, the referenced capabilities and encounters of a competitor are judged or broke down by
checking any past work exhibitions or some other that legitimize the referenced subtleties. How well an
individual applies his/her insight can be decided by work exhibitions or managing the issues with the
assistance of knowledge he/she has.
Thus, while settling on the choice individual qualities ought to be given more weightage likewise with
these qualities an individual is created after some time. These qualities will last more than some other
attribute or quality. After this individual knowledge and afterward scruples in playing out the activity
ought to be thought of.
