This is an individual assignment; the student must prepare Excel sheet based on the report that was done on the first assignment.
You should follow all the instructions carefully. You will submit the sheet Online through MOVE page.

Use Microsoft Excel to make a spreadsheet on the following area (Select only one area) :
(Business Budget, Personal Budget, Event Budget, Income expenses, Sales management, Payroll management)
Each student must create his own sheet on the above areas the sheet name should be the area that is
chosen.
The sheet should contain 10 Rows and 5 columns ( Note : Don’t include the functions like Sum,Max …etc)
Viva 3 practical questions will be asked to the student during the Viva
Excel sheet the student should answers the following:
1. Insert appropriate blank rows (1 Row) on top and type the suitable title for your sheet
2. Format the table as Follows:

8. Dashed Border with border color – Dark Red
9. Change the Column Width of all columns to ‘15’.

11. Select the appropriate border (outline: double line & Inside: dotted) and canter alignment for
the cells.
12. Create your own formula by using a label for that in F2 and the Result in F3 Use any of the main
operators ( * , / , + , - ) Copy the formula to find the result for others columns .
13. Find the Sum label on A13, result in B13 . Copy the formula to find the Sum of other columns.
14. Find the Average label in A 14, result in B14. Copy the formula to find the Average of other
columns.
15. Find the Maximum label in A15, result in B15. Copy the formula to find the Maximum of other
columns.
16. Find the Minimum label in A16, result in B16. Copy the formula to find the Minimum of other
columns.
17. Sort column A in ascending order.
18. Filter any column using text filter (Begins with ).Copy the filtered data to a new sheet and name
it as Filter1.

sheet and name it as Filter2.

21. In your main sheet, use Conditional formatting “Data bar” for all the numbers. (Style: Solid Fill –
Red Data Bar).
22. Convert the Sum and Average Row in to three decimal places.

25. Create a Stacked Area – 3 D Clustered Column Chart to display the sheet Information. Write the
