Suppose the CEO wants to have successful leadership team meetings. In that case, he must limit the topics covered to those directly linked to achieving the organizations key strategic objectives and necessitate the participation of the whole leadership team. (Reynolds, 2021) Because meetings provide an excellent chance to develop common assumptions and context, the CEO should also ensure that the necessary information is provided ahead of time. The primary goal of leadership team meetings should be to make meaningful, challenging, and collaborative choices. To encourage successful decision-making, all relevant information should be provided well in advance of a decision.
