Thank you for your submission. You have provided a clear description of the target company as well as its activities in internationalisation. Although you mentioned at the beginning about Pepsis corporate culture but you didnt specify what are the features/elements of that culture. Most of your essays is written in a generic manner, with only one paragraph where you have briefly compared the host country with the home country using Hofstedes dimension of individualism and collectivism and indulgence and restraint. You have some interesting examples but you have not always linked them with any dimensions or compared them with the home and host country. In this essay, you were required to identify one host country that the MNE operates in and compare it with the home country culture in detail. Please always make sure to check the guideline and the rubric so that you include all the required components. Your essay reads more like an international business/marketing essay rather than an international HRM essay. This has hugely impacted your marks. The essay needed to incorporate references more strongly. You have mentioned Kluckhonh and Kroebers culture theory in your second paragraph, however, you have not cited any sources. In most of the paragraphs, there is only one in-text citation and that too at the end of the last sentence. There are no references in your third paragraph. You have written the entire essay with only three references, which has impacted the quality of your analysis. There are minor referencing errors as per APA 7 (e.g., retrieved from is longer required as per APA 7). Please find more supporting information on how to improve your APA referencing compliance at https://www.cite.auckland.ac.nz/2.html. I realise that some of my feedback may not be what you were expecting. Please remember this is only the first assessment and the feedback is intended to facilitate your learning and development. I hope this feedback will be useful for you. Do discuss with me if you do not understand/agree with any part of this feedback. I wish you all the best for your next assessment.
