Critical elements to be addressed;
I. Introduction
A. Identify and briefly summarize the topic related to psychology, which you will study.
· The topic that has been chosen to study is related to childhood development which has an aspect of developmental psychology and focuses on unhealthy living conditions of children, which in the future could cause most children to have abnormal behaviour, especially on the ideal view of bullying.
· Childrens development is used to describe changes in which a childs physical growth and other ability create change in the learning of emotional, social, and behaviour issues.
· Communication in this development psychology is a fact as it meets the need of the childs life.
· Pervasive infancy life is essential in this psychology development as it creates a healthy environment at home that can make significant changes in the childs health (Oehme, K., Ferraro et al., 2016).
· A childs development must abide on features of emotional, educational and social impact, which has to be met.
B. Summarize articles relevant to the topic you want to research.
· Articles that support this paper analyze how significant differences between environment and family structure play an essential role in childrens emotional development.
· Behavior problem is connected to children living cognition and how it creates effect leads to nature of their adulthood.
· The article which has been considered in this case makes learning more critical in the identification of specific risk factors which children development and other related issue lead to mental health.
C. Hypothesis
1. State your hypothesis. The hypothesis should be logical and appropriate to the topic you want to research.
· An unusual living condition that is factual could negatively affect a childs life as this could lead to a change in childrens aggression and later become bullies.
· The childs shape must be specific to the future, which is impactful due to the nature of the parent, which creates awareness of actions that have a significant impact on children behavior and other future choices of life.
2. Explain where your hypothesis fits in the context of the literature reviewed.
· It fits in the literature since I have reviewed it based on how it is derived from research which I have done the topic about bullying and how it has grown up in unhealthy child level and results of abnormal behavior.
3. Discuss specific examples from relevant literature that support your hypothesis.
· One example that is relevant to literature supports how children develop changes based on surroundings that are highly supportive in families and factors that can shape the childs developmental psychology in the future.
· Most of the outstanding features which are mentored on how a child receives change give us exposure to how the condition might work for long, making the exposure levels affect the better life of the child in their higher education.
II. Methods
A. Methodology
1. Explain the research design and method you selected, and justify why they are appropriate for your research.
· The research design and method are correlational since the article unanalyzed the data is collected from a various diverse population of a total of 243 people who have participated in the study. All of the participants have shown support of both until they are tuned at age 32.
· The questionnaire used and data analysis survey focus on the childs social, emotional, and behavior level, giving good change on development psychology. Evaluation of victimization adolescent stages makes initiatives ideal for the childs wellbeing (Morgan et al., 2016).
2. Discuss the research participants involved in your study, including how they will be selected and how many will be used.
· For this research study have given my valid observation on a total of 166 babies who have interacted with their parents. It is expressed that when they were separated from their parents, they were suppressed to various changes in life.
· Some babies had a hard time trusting their parents after separation and were not calm after reunite. Based on the article given, it is good to unite observation based on how results reflect and have parents behave in nature and around the effect of early development, which makes the ideal and significant difference in life and adulthood state (Lloyd, A., Brett, D., & Wesnes, 2010).
B. Data collection
1. Describe your sampling frame.
· The current study investigates associations between cyber versus traditional bullying of the child, leading to depressive symptoms in around 374 to 1320 students who arise from Australia and Switzerland ( 52\% female; age: M= 14, SD= 1.0 ). All participants have completed a bullying questionnaire that abides on the ideal feature of victimization and how psychology creates outcome bullying. The scale of symptoms is highly expressive in the manner of how it works out.
· In some analyses, it might be impossible or difficult if the sampling scale is not validated as a sampling of data arises in the manner of the target population.
· Accurate analysis of information and data needs contract change as per the childs interest.
2. Discuss the data collection instrument you will use and how the data collected will address your hypothesis.
· The data collection instrument used includes trauma-informed, co-parenting, and the shift, which is significant in data analysis. The research study focused on trauma, which is pervasive in divorce issues and co-parenting that have elusive ways in their behaviour and how the scale changes.
· Various statistical techniques are used to make the data hypothesis ideal as the data rating ranges based on scale generation and the nature of the hypothesis approach.
· Conduct of data, transcription and organization of data align with the nature of how data is being collected as its systematic manner abide on grouping, which has an attempt of creating changes (Dewey, D., Crawford, S. G., & Kaplan, 2003).
3. Explain how you will ensure the protection of participants in your study and adherence to the APA Ethical Principles of Psychologists.
· The APA ethical principles of psychologists focus on conducting intervention which makes the research have evolved levels and other experimental treatment measures.
· Ethics mentioned in the research deploy on correct rules that are efficient and necessary in carrying out the research where one has to take full responsibility to protect participants research (Silverstein et al., 2015).
III. Discussion
A. Using the articles you previously evaluated, explain how the evidence presented by the authors of the articles supports your research proposal.
· All of the articles considered supporting the final analysis of evidence that analyses the significant differences between family structure and environmental factors that play a valid role in child emotional development and behavior problems (Silverstein et al., 2015).
· Most of the facts are connected with child living conditions and how the general effect leads to change in adult behavior.
· Based on the article, one can understand more about identifying risk factors to analyze behavior problems at the children level.
B. Explain how you would appropriately convey your research findings to your audience. How would this be written? What aspects of the research would be referenced?
· The actual level has the best performance for both articles, which makes the audiences interest apparent and accurate.
· Conditions of this nature make the audience absorb and understand the nature of information, which conveys a significant research design change.
C. Explain what further research could be conducted that goes beyond or in a different direction than your research proposal.
· Any further research proposal that explicitly needs to be conducted focuses on the study of roots of all issues and related behaviou that abide by the social level of childrens impact.
· The roots of childrens psychological related problems are some of the effects of parents or guardians unawareness and how one can grow mentally.
· It is valid that studying bullying in development psychology makes children have changed in further studies that have inherited a cycle of aggression and behaviour problems that children learn from their past (Antshel, K. M et al., 2007).
· Future generations of this idea would gain aggression which competes with the exact cycle level.

PSY 224 Final Project Guidelines and Rubric
Overview
The final project is meant for you to propose a hypothetical study. You are not and should not be conducting human subjects research for this project. It is
not necessary for the purposes of this assignment. All human subjects research requires written approval from the SNHU COCE Institutional Review Board in
order to protect the welfare and ensure ethical treatment of the subjects.
The final project for this course is the creation of a research report consisting of a literature review and research proposal.
One of the most exciting things you can do in psychology is research. Do you want to identify the reliability of a test of self-efficacy? Do you want to find the best
way to lose weight or quit smoking? Do you want to solve the mystery of what portion of the screen a person’s eye is most likely to be drawn to while on the
internet? Research can provide answers to these questions.
For many years, psychologists have been committed to research. This commitment has kept psychology moving forward, rather than falling prey to biases and
“what is obvious” (but wrong). A set of tools is found in research that help us to avoid bias.
For the final project in this course, you will develop a research report consisting of a literature review and a research proposal. This will allow you to develop the
skills associated with interpreting research to develop sound arguments. It will also allow you to plan and design research studies.
The project is divided into three milestones, which will be submitted at various points throughout the course to scaffold learning and ensure quality final
submissions. These milestones will be submitted in Modules Two, Three, and Five. The final project will be submitted in Module Seven.
In this assignment, you will demonstrate your mastery of the following course outcomes:
● Select multiple research methods for conducting effective analysis of psychological research
● Identify bias and other factors that impact credibility in psychological research for determining the reliability of sources
● Develop hypotheses informed by peer-reviewed psychological research appropriate to a specific topic
● Determine the most appropriate research method for accurately communicating results drawn from psychological research
● Describe the procedure used in psychological research for developing research that effectively communicates findings to an intended audience
● Assess the research design of psychological studies for ensuring alignment with the expectations of the APA Ethical Principles of Psychologists
Prompt
For the final project, you will develop a report containing a literature review and a research proposal using APA formatting and following the outline below. You
will identify a topic for study, review at least six peer-reviewed psychological articles, write a literature review based on the articles, develop a hypothesis, and
plan the research methodology, including your data collection and analysis techniques. Your APA paper should include the following formatting. Each of the
three sections should include the appropriate sections from the outline below.

and the sections outlined above), and stylistic elements.
Milestones
Milestone One: Topic Selection and Introduction
In Module Two, you will submit the Milestone One Worksheet: Topic Selection and Introduction. You should build on the ideas from the Module One
discussion to select your final topic. Remember to select an area of psychology that you wish to research. For example, you might look at cognitive psychology or
developmental psychology. Then, within this field, you will pick a particular area that is of interest to you. For example, within the field of cognitive psychology,
you might examine memory in emotional situations. Or, within developmental psychology, you might examine the development of executive functions in
kindergarteners. Your final topic submission should discuss the area of psychology that you wish to research and provide a discussion of at least two articles that
you might use in the literature review section of the introduction. You may use the article that you found to support your topic in the Module One discussion as
one of your two articles, or choose two new articles. The articles should be used to support your topic choice and help you explain the different concepts that
you will explore in your research. For example, if you are interested in looking at executive functions in kindergarteners, you might find two articles that describe
prior research on this topic and discuss how the articles are relevant to your topic. What do the articles examine that you might also examine? Or what might be
some limitations of the articles that you could address in your research? This milestone is graded with the Milestone One Rubric.
Milestone Two: Hypothesis and Methodology
In Module Three, you will submit the Milestone Two Worksheet: Hypothesis and Methodology. For the hypothesis, you should give a brief overview of what
you expect to find in your area of research based on the research you have gathered. Be sure that your hypothesis is clear and supported by literature, using
specific examples from the literature. Next, you should discuss the specific method that you will use for your research proposal, for example, an experimental
design, a correlational design, a survey, or a case study. You should also discuss the details of how this method will be used. For example, if you are using an
experimental design, you will need to identify the independent and dependent variables of the experiment. Or, if you are using a survey, discuss how the survey
will be carried out. How will you ensure the questions are well formulated? This milestone is graded with the Milestone Two Rubric.
Milestone Three: Proposal Outline
In Module Five, you will submit an outline of your paper. The outline should contain descriptions of the critical elements (above) that you will include in the final
paper and should be supported by at least six references. References should be listed to illustrate the literature you reviewed in Section I of the paper.
Additionally, you should use references to support your hypothesis and design selection. The outline should be 3–4 pages long and contain all critical elements
of the final paper. You should use the template provided in the Milestone Three Guidelines and Rubric document to prepare the outline. This template will also
help you set up your paper for the final submission. This milestone is graded with the Milestone Three Rubric.
Final Submission: Research Report
In Module Seven, you will submit your final paper. It should be a complete, polished artifact containing all of the critical elements of the final product. It should
reflect the incorporation of feedback gained throughout the course. This submission will be graded using the Final Project Rubric.

ATH 101 Final Project Part B Guidelines and Rubric
Overview
The final project for this course is divided into two parts. Part A is the creation of an interview preparation document. Part B involves the creation of an interview
transcript or recording. This document provides instruction for Part B.
Researchers have developed a multitude of tools over the last century that highlight our personal and cultural identities in a broad-reaching field called
anthropology. The field of anthropology investigates everything human in order to capture the diverse beliefs, practices, experiences, and subtle nuances that
make humans truly human. From the social sciences to the biological and physical sciences, anthropology implements a wide array of lenses to evaluate why and
how we are as similar as we are different to one another. Whether we are interviewing for a new position or meeting the in-laws at a family get-together, gaining
a preliminary introduction to anthropology allows insight into how people structure their basic beliefs and practices.
In this assessment, you will encounter a simulated crisis situation that requires an anthropological response. You will play the part of an anthropologist who has
firsthand knowledge and experience working in a biological, environmental, and cultural disaster situation. Also, you have real-world field experience personally
working with this affected group and are well versed in their history and complex system of beliefs and practices. As such, you have been asked to respond to the
crisis situation in an interview. The assessment will be divided into two parts. In Part A, you will prepare for the interview, defining anthropology and reflecting on
its importance to the world. In Part B, you will participate in the interview, answering the reporter’s questions. Not only will the reporter’s questions appear, but
you will also receive guidance in the form of an example document (Final Project Part B Sample) so you know exactly what is needed to fully answer the question.
Crisis situations that you may choose from are listed below.
1. Plastic Wars
2. Battle for Hong Kong
3. COVID’s Hidden Toll
4. Blackout in Puerto Rico
5. Ebola in Congo
6. Right to Fail
7. Coal’s Deadly Dust
8. Flint’s Deadly Water
Part A consists of one milestone, which is submitted in Module Two, and one final submission, which occurs in Module Four.

Part B consists of two milestones and one final submission. The milestones for Part B occur in Modules Three and Five. The final submission for Part B occurs in
Module Seven.
In the final project as a whole (Parts A and B), you will demonstrate your mastery of the following course outcomes:
Explain the importance of historical influences on contemporary anthropology and human cultures
Select basic anthropological methods for making connections that explain the human condition
Explain the relationship between social relationships, systems of belief, and identity using various perspectives in the fiel d
Explain the value of applying objectivity in anthropological research when dealing with the cultural identities of diverse past and contemporary peoples
Explain the importance of utilizing an anthropological perspective for problem solving in real-world situations
Prompt
You have already defined and discussed the significance of anthropology, so now you are prepared to jump into the interview and really get at the heart of the
crisis situation you have chosen. In this scenario, imagine that a reporter is asking you the questions listed below. In crafting your response, you must address all
the aspects of the question represented as “Your Response.” You will answer each piece titled “Your Response” to ensure you are appropriately and accurately
answering the question the reporter has posed. You may either submit your responses in the form of a transcript, or you may create an audio recording of your
answers.
Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:
I. Cultural Diversity: In this section, you will explain the importance of understanding and being sensitive to cultural diversity.
a) Reporter: What is so important that we understand cultural diversity in a time like this? Who cares if we’re all different? What does it matter
anyway?
1. Your Response: Provide an example of human sociocultural identity related to gender. For example, when many people think of
farmers, they think of males.
2. Your Response: Provide an example of human sociocultural identity related to human behavior. For example, when many people
think of children, they think of specific behaviors that they exhibit, such as crying, playing, or loving.
3. Your Response: Provide an example of human sociocultural identity related to animals. For example, when people think of geese,
they think of a flock.
b) Reporter: Human culture might seem more complex than I initially imagined, so how does it relate to the crisis we’ve witnessed here?
1. Your Response: Describe what some anthropologists can do to help when crises such as these occur. How are they able to navigate
crises, such as containing them and informing human cultures, while balancing sensitivity to cultural beliefs and practices? What is
the importance of doing so?
2
II. Anthropological Methods: In this section, you will speak as though you are an anthropologist investigating the crisis. You will describe the
anthropological methods you would need to use to investigate the crisis, and explain how you believe people would react to yo u investigating the
crisis.
a) Reporter: Alright, can you explain to the audience how you came to this conclusion?
1. Your Response: Of the multiple research methods discussed throughout the course, such as excavation, ethnology, and ethnography,
select an appropriate method for investigating this crisis, and explain why this method is appropriate.
b) Reporter: How did these people let you study them? Why did they let you? You most likely upset them, right?
1. Your Response: What types of reactions might you receive from studying this group of people and gathering data by the ways you
described? Provide specific examples of both positive and negative reactions.
2. Your Response: Explain why an objective lens is important when studying a group of people. How might this lens help calm the fears
of the group of people you are studying?
III. Cultural Connections: In this section, you will make connections between cultural factors and the likelihood of the crisis occurring in your own
culture. If the crisis has already occurred in your own culture, explain how the specific cultural, biological, or environmental factors allowed this to
occur.
a) Reporter: Do you think this crisis could happen here, to us?
1. Your Response: Explain how specific cultural factors in your culture could or could not allow this crisis to occur, identifying specific
factors.
2. Your Response: Explain the how specific biological factors in your family could or could not allow this crisis to occur, identifying
specific factors.
3. Your Response: Explain how specific environmental factors in your environment could or could not allow this crisis to occur,
identifying specific factors.
IV. Predictions: In this section, you will explain how an anthropological perspective can assist in future crises.
a) Reporter: Do you think there is anything that could have informed these people of the crisis? I would hate to think that this could hav e been
recognized and prevented earlier.
1. Your Response: How can an anthropologist use people’s history to help change the future? Think specifically about the power and
importance of historical events, beliefs, and practices in relation to the present, providing real-world examples of the connection
between the past and present.
b) Reporter: Now, I can bet there are people at home that are scared. So, how can you, as an anthropologist, help in preventing this crisis from
happening to us?
Your Response: Explain the value of an anthological lens when creating preventive a ction plans. Specifically, why are an objective
lens and cultural sensitivity important when creating preventive action plans?
3
c) Reporter: Finally, do you still enjoy being an anthropologist throughout this apparent chaos? I mean, how has being an anthropologist
helped you out personally?
1. Your Response: How has anthropology helped you better understand the human condition, and how might this help you in your
personal and professional life?
Milestones
Final Project Part B Milestone One: Choose a Crisis Situation
In Module Three, you will select the crisis situation that you will use for your final submission of Final Project Part B. You will need to explain what crisis situation
you chose and why. This milestone will be graded with the Final Project Part B Milestone One Rubric.
Final Project Part B Milestone Two: Interview Transcript Outline
In Module Five, you will submit an outline of Final Project Part B (Interview Transcript or Recording). In this part of the final project, you will address the
categories of cultural diversity, anthropological methods, cultural connections, and predictions of how anthropology can be useful in a future crisis. Whether you
choose to answer the final project interview questions in written or audio format, preparing a written draft will help you formulate and strengthen your answers.
This will also give you practice in learning to see the crisis situation that you chose from an anthropological viewpoint and allow your instructor to give any
feedback or suggestions to fortify your interview before your final project is due. Use the critical elements listed above to guide your response. This milestone
will be graded with the Final Project Part B Milestone Two Rubric.
Final Project Part B Submission: Interview Transcript or Recording
In Module Seven, you will submit Final Project Part B (Interview Transcript or Recording). It should be a complete, polished artifact containing all of the critical
elements of the final product. It should reflect the incorporation of feedback gained throughout the course. This submission will be graded with the Final Project
Part B Rubric.

Part 1: Cultural Diversity
PART A
1. Your response (gender)
· It is valid that it shapes us, our behavior, and our identity, which is a good way of life. One can use culture to evaluate abnormal and expected behavior, which tends to create change and use our own culture to judge others.
· Cultural diversity is significant as it allows one to understand each others behavior, choice, and nature of acceptance. People who are closed off in ideas cannot understand different perspectives compared to those who understand cultural diversity (Spector, 2002).
· Through cultural diversity, one can recognize respect, trust, and impact on ways of life. A good example is where women are regarded as officers and work on construction sites, and others even serve in the military. Again, one can depict male nurses, teachers, and caregivers, which is a standard form based on how the intensity of culture is relayed.
2. Human behavior
· An example is how tattoos are used for decoration purposes that intimate enemies during the war by the Scottish and again on how identity criminals and slaves abide on healing level and another social status impressively.
3. Animals
· An example is when lions are the subject in the jungle as they tend to be considered kings of the jungle. Lions are thought to be strong, fierce, and have symbols of pride. Typically, male lions are the hunters and protectors, while lionesses care for the cubs. The nature of this example makes it curious about what other differences in behavior do lions possess between male and females humans.
PART B
1. Crises
· Anthropologists look at and consider different cultures and societies within the world and use this insight to find exact solutions to dealing with how crisis levels out in contradiction with society and cultural level.
· In most of the crisis, anthropologists bring out insights into our prisons culture and how most of the issues are released upon the structure of the response. Most of this impact makes communities confident for a change. Anthropologists are informed on ways to navigate crisis though looking at facts the research will express on development impact and successful intervention.
Ii. Anthropological Methods
Part A
1. Appropriate method
· I concluded using ethnology and ethnography. Ethnography entails studying individual populations, where I made observations on how law enforcement works and how communities work in a receptive view of mental health impact.
· Ethnology focus on the study of facets of people and differences between them in cultural diversity. Focus on this method entails issues that align with different communities and ways that handle similar life situations. An example is how incarceration rates in a nation make a higher curve of care and service rate.
Part B
1. Reactions
· Based on the reflection of ideas, the reaction was adverse. This is based on isolation from society which has made exciting levels like the interaction and respectful impression. The view of how prisoners depict some of the issues makes the willing to share information has seemed affliction that looks into inmates discharge tactics and other mental illness. Immersed mental health facilities and shelters are more valid and difficult to understand, which has an issue that pinpoints culture and individual impact on member values. The expectation of how care works out on the mentality of a person circles this release of change.
2. Objective lens
· It is significant in a study on a group of people who do not mind the limit of information that one collects and miss the influence depicted under the notice and change elements. Immersing in these features makes the objective mindset open and share opportunities that make individuals feel comfortable sharing information that does not abide by the defensive and leading aspect of life.
Iii. Cultural Connections
Part A
1. Cultural factors
· The nature of crisis abides by the effect of how people have a purposeful impact. In 2014, it was believed that more than sixty per cent of prisoners have mental health issues that are released without any supervision and more so on incarceration (Bridger, M. Colleen, 2018).
· An example is Texas which is taking action to fight against the issue. The nation is doing a thorough influence on the social security act, which allows us to create programs and help those who have mental illness and conform to the jail system.
2. Biological factors
· They play a considerable role in the crisis, such as on effect on mentality. One of these factors focuses on predisposition to alcoholism. Again, the intergenerational trauma that focuses on the rate of foster care makes the disproportionate level, which raises the likelihood of a similar crisis. The use of drugs raises various changes in the biological view of a person.
3. Environmental factors
· Plays a huge role in the crisis of mentally ill people in Texas. Most counties and towns within Texas are in rural areas and lack access to services, creating a gap in care for those being released from prison. There is more number of prisons in Texas, which is more on rural setup. Ideally, the release of views makes its isolation in an unlikely manner that seeks for the impact of changes. Again environmental factors have led to an increase in homeless levels (Huling, Tracy, 2002).
IV. Predictions
Part A
1. History
· Looking towards the future of history, one can focus on incidents that abide on change in the treatment plan and most influential in which individuals have incarcerated nature on release and access of resources and programs. Enforcement of law might not dwell on the understanding of training about mental illness over the past. The effect of how the community works out makes law enforcement have a right approach that handles and creates recognition of change (Huling, Tracy, 2002). Most people who have mental illness make the nature of separation have the mentality of change aim criminal levels and step up direction of change.
Part B
1. Preventive action plans
· Most of the actions are set to align with an anthropological lens that tries to navigate situations that form all perspectives of life with directions specific to biased opinion. Looking at some of the issues, there is a need to focus on solutions that emerge in understanding different elements that could contribute towards circumstances of prevention under the action plan. To achieve this understanding, there is a need to create an objective approach that gathers information at a needed level that develops an understanding and elicits an approach of nature. As an anthropologist, it is good to attempt to study issues that unduly on problems that throw solution to the issue on the lens (Spector, 2002).
Part C
1. Personal and professional life
· I most certainly enjoy the level of how people perceive ideas similarly and decisively. My view has helped me in my personal life, which allows for a better understanding of the life of people and how both aspects affect change in peoples relationships. Again culture has diversified in this level of life where most of the people believe abide with faceted interest which creates peoples understanding on how effect levels outs.
