The purpose of this qualitative case study is to examine the impact of organizational culture that promotes investment in knowledge management in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The study design that will be used in this research is a case study. A case study is applicable because it focuses on comprehending the dynamics within a single setting, in this case, the SMEs, (Alam, 2020). This will involve data collection, analysis, and reporting of results. The target population for this research will include an SME in the United States. The sample population for research will be drawn from this target population. The case study will then be used to collect and analyze data from the sample selected.
